Reservations: We recommend that you make a reservation to insure that we have space for your pet. The kennel is busiest during holiday weekends, summer vacations and anytime the kids are out of school.  If your plans change, especially during one of these periods, please cancel as soon as possible. New clients also will need to come in for an interview and test visit before their reservation is final.

 Interview and test visit:  Because your dog will be socializing with other dogs we require new clients to come for a short test visit to ensure that your dog plays well with others and enjoys the socialization. These visits must be scheduled in advance.  If you cannot make your appointed visit, please call and reschedule.

 Charges begin the day your dog arrives.  If you pick up during the morning hours you will not be charged for the day he goes home. New clients  will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card.  Your card will be charged for 2 nights of boarding for no shows or cancellations without 24 hour notice.  We accept Mastercard and Visa.
